Our team of fully qualified REPS registered Personal Trainers are dedicated to helping you by providing you with guidance, support, accountability and motivation. We literally have your back on your health and fitness journey and will make sure we give you the best chance of achieving your goals. 

We can help you personally achieve your goal in one of three ways (listed below)…if 1 on 1 isn’t for you that’s cool, check out our training groups.

1 ON 1 – PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Perfect if you have goals of getting fit, losing weight, toning up or increasing your strength!

In your 1 on 1 Personal Training Sessions you can expect the below…(full service model)

– screening, goal setting and planning session

– fitness testing (as required)

– 45min training session

– follow up from your session

– reminder text the night before your session

– you will be taught everything you need to know at our Personal Training Studio at 4 Market Grove, Lower Hutt

PRICING: Personal Training Sessions are priced at a set fee per session* (*cancellation policy is 24hrs notice or full payment of session fee is due. At Personal Trainers discretion) See personal trainers profile for exact pricing per session. (prices range from $55.00-$60.00 per session)

1 ON 1 PREMIUM EVENT BASED COACHING

Perfect if you have an event based goal you want to achieve. Anything form a 5km run to an Ironman Triathlon!

Working with our Endurance Sports Coach Nathan Martin you can expect the below…

– screening and goal setting

– annual periodised training plan based around your schedule and key events

– specific fitness testing (as required)

– strength & conditioning plan (as required)

– nutritional education & planning (as required)

– run technique analysis (as required)

– day to day training plan delivered via Training Peaks

– unlimited adjustment to plan (as required)

– ability to contact Nathan anytime via, text, email or phone (Nathan will respond asap)

– a set 45min time slot each week to plan, learn, train or just catch up either in person with Nathan or over the phone (as required)

PRICING: $92.00 per week (set up as an automatic weekly payment)

 

1 ON 1 ONLINE EVENT BASED COACHING

Perfect if you have an event based goal you want to achieve. Anything form a 5km run to an Ironman Triathlon!

Working with our Endurance Sports Coach Nathan Martin you can expect the below…

– initial screening, annual plan and goal setting session over the phone (20-30mins)

– one off set up and education on Training Peaks over the phone (20-30mins)

– your personal training peaks account login (under Coach – Nathan Martin)

– you will be expected to send an email to your Coach – Nathan Martin each week (by midnight Thursday), outlining this weeks highlights, challenges and anything relevant for next weeks training that Nathan will need while preparing your personalised plan

– day to day training plan delivered via Training Peaks (set every Friday taking you through to the next Friday)

– Nathan will send all communications via email each Friday once your weeks plan has been set with any relevant info for the upcoming week

PRICING: $50.00 per week (set up as an automatic weekly payment)
