ONLINE COACHING 1 ON 1 

Do you have an event you want to work towards? Swim, Bike, Run, Multi-sport, Duathlon or Triathlon…you can live anywhere in the world to use this service

With Nathan Martin – “100% Specific Coaching for you!”

This is a fully email based service once set up

Your programme will be 100% specific for you, your goals and your lifestyle

Nathan will communicate with you via email only once set up

Initial session over the phone to complete Training Peaks set up, goal setting and overall planning

Your own Training Peaks account login (either use your own account or we can create one for you)

You will be expected to send an email to Nathan each week, outlining the past weeks highlights, challenges and availability to train over the coming week and anything relevant that Nathan will need while preparing your personalised plan for the next week.

You can email Nathan with any questions you have (you will get a response within 48hrs)

Day to day training plan delivered via Training Peaks

Specific Swim, Bike and/or Run programmed sessions (Nathan prefers to prescribe sessions based on swim pace, run pace and bike power thresholds)

All programmes are prescribed and analysed personally by Nathan using some of the latest proven science such as TSS (training stress score), CTL (chronic training load), ATL (acute training load) and TSB (training stress balance) making Nathan’s programme prescription second to none, very purposeful and high level. All to help you train smarter!

Membership to the Change Fitness Members Facebook support group as well as access to Nathan’s exclusive Endurance Training Hub Facebook group

Unlimited adjustment to your programme

You can contact your Nathan anytime via, text or email (you will get a response within 24hrs)

A set 45min time slot each week to  catch up with Nathan and discuss your training (if both You and Nathan are available, this will happen most weeks)
