Award winning trainer Nathan Martin will take you through 2 x high intensity circuit training sessions per week to help support your goals of getting fitter, stronger and losing weight. All while keeping it fun and exciting!

Our workouts are designed to challenge you as well as maximise your training time. We have pumping music and a vibe like no other.

Come and experience what it’s all about and find your motivation within the circuit group.

We use a combination of bodyweight exercises as well as strength and conditioning equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells and battle ropes.
