Award winning trainer Nathan Martin will take you through 2 x invigorating training sessions per week to help support your goals of getting fitter, stronger and losing weight. All while keeping it fun and exciting!


Who is it for?

Circuit group is for anyone wanting to build all-round strength, fitness & conditioning. All fitness levels will be catered for.


The workouts

Our workouts are designed to challenge you as well as maximise your training time. We have pumping music and a vibe like no other. Types of workouts include, big circuit, mini-circuit, AMRAP and boxing for fitness. 



We use a combination of bodyweight exercises as well as strength and conditioning equipment such as kettle bells, dumbbells and battle ropes. Nathan will show you the safe and correct way to use all equipment.


We have a monthly subscription set up for all members

  • 2 x 45min sessions per week
  • 600-645am Wednesday + Friday
  • Location: Armstrong Downes Commercial covered car park
  • Vaccination pass required for members over 12 years old
