Hybrid Classes | $25.00 per session

Combine strength & cardio for health & fitness or train for a Hyrox event. Whether you’re new to Hybrid training, want to improve your overall strength & fitness or do a Hyrox event we can help. We will help you to bring out your best! 

How hybrid classes work

You will get 2 x group session per week led by Hybrid Coach Nathan Martin. Each class is 45min in duration where you will train with up to 5 others (6 person limit) at our training studio based at The Quarter, Gracefield, Lower Hutt. 

Next 5 week block starts 1 July 2025

  • Tuesday + Thursday 6:00pm-6.45pm
  • Tuesday + Thursday 7:00pm-7:45pm

Next block starts 1 July

Conditions:

  • You will be signing up for one of the times listed below.
  • To confirm your spot click sign up button and register by paying the $50.00 fee. The remaining $200 can be paid over the 5 week block.
  • Classes are run in 5 week blocks. Signing up means you are committing to the full 5 week block.
  • If you can’t make a session you can send someone in your place.
