Who is it for?

Lower Hutt runners from beginners starting out, right through to those looking to set a personal best times at their next event. We have an amazing and inclusive environment for you to enjoy running.

 Our programme

Our programme is designed to build speed and endurance in a progressive format.

Training days & times

Training sessions are held Monday & Wednesday 630pm based around locations close to central Lower Hutt. Session duration 45-60mins.

We have a monthly subscription set up for all members. Ages 10-17yrs is half price. Send us a message for the discount code.

  • In person group training sessions 2 x per week

  • Specific and progressive sessions to challenge you
  • We train all year round except the last week of the year
  • Sessions are also weather dependant, if we deem it unsafe we will cancel the session
  • We do our best to make every session happen but if for any reason we cannot we will let you know
  • Members 10-17 years old receive a 50% discount, enquire for coupon
