HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each week you will train with up to 4 other members at Change HQ with  workouts led by expert Nathan Martin. You will be coached on correct technique for optimal function and encouraged to push yourself to bring out your best in the gym.

All exercises will explained thoroughly, guiding you on the correct technique and the muscle groups to focus on. 

SESSIONS:

  • Wednesday 600-645am
  • Friday 600-645am

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel
  • Good vibes

MEMBERSHIP

Conditions: You membership is a reoccurring monthly subscription. Your monthly fees give you access to attend both Wednesday and Friday sessions each week and hold your space in this limited group. If sessions don’t run due to instructor being away you will be credited back the relative fees for that session.
