For riders who want to build fitness

Riders of all levels from around NZ and abroad. The great thing about virtual riding is it doesn’t matter where you live, as long as you have an internet connection, facebook access and an indoor bike you can training with the team.

Our programme

Our programme is delivered in 4 week blocks with a week off in between. The sessions are designed to enhance threshold and VO2max fitness.

Training days & times

Training sessions are streamed live 6.00-645am Tuesday and Thursday. But you can do the workouts anytime as videos are posted in our facebook group.

Platforms to join workouts

We have a private members facebook group where we live stream sessions. The sessions a re also saved in this group so you can do anytime.

We also have a Zwift meetup for every live ride which you’ll need an additional Zwift membership for.

Equipment needed

You will need an indoor cycling set up of some sort to top these sessions. From a gym spin bike right through to your own road or time trial bike on a smart trainer. A power meter is recommended but not essential. Guidance for workouts will be given in % FTP and RPE (rate of perceived exertion)

JOIN THE TEAM

  • Live workouts 2 x per week
  • Tuesday & Thursday 600am-645am (45mins)
  • Structured programme delivered in 4 week blocks with a week off in between
  • Streamed live in our private Facebook group
  • Additional Zwift meet up option (must have a Zwift membership to use this)
  • Video workouts posted to FB group so you can do whenever it suits you
  • Workouts run all year round (except for a short break over Christmas and New Years which are factored into the monthly fees)
  • If a workout can’t be delivered via live stream for any reason the workout instructions will be posted up on the FaceBook page for you to follow
