Our Walk and Run Group is for everyone. If you’re starting out and want to build your base fitness or if you’re a seasoned runner looking to set a personal best our group environment and quality training sessions will help you bring out your best!
JOIN NOW AND GET
Access for the month to attend 2 x Walk & Run Group Training Sessions per week with morning and evening options.
Once a month we will have a Fitness Test to measure your progress
All sessions are based outdoors between Central Lower Hutt to Petone (session plan each week will be posted on the Facebook group each Sunday)
Membership for the month to the Change Fitness Members private FaceBook Group where all communications go
MON 6.30-7.30pm Same workout as Monday 6.00am
WED 6.30-7.30pm Same workout as Wednesday 6.00am
COST: $68 p/month
($34 p/month for 10-17yrs)
You can join anytime and will only pay for the remaining days in the month upon sign up. From then on your subscription will renew automatically at $68 on the 1st day of each month until you cancel.
Our training sessions run for 50 weeks of the year. The next 2 weeks break is between “December 21st 2020 – January 3rd 2021” We will refund the m/ship fees for those two weeks.
