You are a Role Model to someone looking up to you…Show them how awesome you are by becoming a Change Fitness WALK & RUN Group Member! This is for everyone, we do it together, we are the Change Fitness Community. We have members just starting out on their journey who begin walking to build their fitness, we have members who have been running for years and are looking to push their limits and set personal best times at their next event and we have members of all levels in between stepping forward on their personal journey. What we all have in common is that we want to improve our health & fitness and we want to support each other and be a part of something bigger than just ourselves. Being a positive Role Model is much more motivating. You will always find someone to inspire you at Walk & Run Group. The Role Model Community is strong!

As a WALK & RUN Group Member  you will be able to reach out and connect with other members through the Change Fitness Members Facebook Group Page to organise weekend walks or runs, coffee catch ups, to share your success or just to show some support to the rest of your crew.

We will have a Schedule of Events that we invite our members to join us at over the year if you want to set a goal to work towards and all of our members will have access to our basic training plans for 5k, 10k and 21k event goals.


The best thing is WALK & RUN Group runs ALL YEAR ROUND* so there’s no chance you will lose your motivation. Consistency is the key and we want to provide opportunities for your to grow, develop and step forward on your journey.

WALK & RUN Group Members will have access to our resource library with a new tip added every month.

*ALL YEAR ROUND except for 2-weeks from Monday 23 December 2019 – Sunday 5 January 2020 where we won’t be running any training sessions (we will reduce your membership fees for those 2 monthly payments December 2019 and January 2020 to reflect the weeks with no sessions. You will still have access to everything else… the Change Facebook Community Page & Members Resources)


Access for the month to attend 2 x WALK & RUN Group Training Sessions per week with morning and evening options.

Once a month we will have a Fitness Test to measure your progress

All sessions are based outdoors between Central Lower Hutt to Petone
