How online coaching works
Once we discuss your goals and assess your starting point your journey to improvement begins.
Each week you will receive
- Your Running specific training plan via the Training Peaks app and web platform.
- Feedback delivered via a personal voice message to you.
- Coach support throughout the week if you have any questions (WhatsApp text)
- Programme adjustment as required.
Train smarter – test and assess
- Fitness testing to set training zones and intensity (as required)
- Running technique analysis via video feedback (as required)
- Tips on nutrition and fuelling with purpose (as required)
