Hyrox Conditioning Classes | $25.00 per session

Combine strength & cardio for health & fitness or train for a Hyrox event. Whether you’re new to Hyrox training, want to improve your overall strength & fitness or do a Hyrox event we can help. We will help you to bring out your best! 

How Hyrox Conditioning Classes work

You will get 2 x group session per week led by Hyrox Performance Coach Nathan Martin. Each class is 45min in duration where you will train with a small group at our training studio based at The Quarter, Gracefield, Lower Hutt. 

Next 9 week block starts 7 October 2025 (this block is 9 weeks)

  • Tuesday + Thursday 6:00pm-6.45pm
  • Tuesday + Thursday 7:00pm-7:45pm

Conditions:

  • You will be signing up for one of the times listed below.
  • To confirm your spot click sign up button and register by paying the $50.00 fee. The remaining $400.00 can be paid over the duration of the block via direct bank transfer.
  • This is a 9 week block. Signing up means you are committing to the full 9 weeks.
  • If you can’t make a session you can send someone in your place.
