Hyrox Half Sim (open or pro, solo or doubles)
8x 545m runs (to account for roxzone), 8x Hyrox half stations at race weight in race order
- Saturday 29th August 2026 (back up date Sunday 30th August)
- 1400 first runner starts
- 1x runner ever 5mins in order from fastest predicted time to slowest.
Please note this session is weather dependant, we have set a back up date Sunday 30th August.
If you are doing doubles both athletes just purchase a ticket.
When you sign up we will send you a questionnaire so you can submit your predicted time and race category.
