Hyrox training classes
Hyrox specific workouts to build your fitness and conditioning. We will help you to bring out your best! In these 45 minute classes you will get the opportunity to train the various Hyrox stations + running + other complementary exercises in a supportive and expert guided group environment.
How Hyrox training classes work
You will get 2 x group session per week created by Hyrox Performance Coach Nathan Martin. Each class is 45min in duration where you will train with a small group at our training studio based at The Quarter, Gracefield, Lower Hutt.
