Hyrox conditioning classes

Functional training where we focus on conditioning. Whether you’re new to Hyrox training, want to improve your overall strength & fitness or do a Hyrox event, we can help you build real fitness. We will help you to bring out your best! In these 60 minute classes you will get the opportunity to train the various Hyrox stations + other complementary exercises in a supported and guided group environment.

How Hyrox Conditioning Classes work

You will get 2 x group session per week created by Hyrox Performance Coach Nathan Martin. Each class is 60min in duration where you will train with a small group at our training studio based at The Quarter, Gracefield, Lower Hutt.

  • Class numbers are limited to 8x participants in each session.
