60min swim technique workshop run by Triathlon Coach Nathan Martin
Date: Sunday 26th May 2024, 5.00pm-6.00pm
Location: Huia Pool, Lower Hutt, Wellington, NZ
- you will have a video taken to assess your technique which will happen post workshop
- you will be taken through the fundamentals of efficient freestyle swimming
- in this small group session you will be coached through improving on the fundamentals during this session
- post workshop you will be sent a feedback analysis video going through your specific work ons
