Inspiring runners for over a decade

Coach led sessions

Be inspired and motivated at our coach led training sessions 6.30pm start on Mondays and Wednesdays. (45-60mins) The sessions are designed to target medium-high intensity training zones to build your running fitness. Each session starts with a warm up to prepare you to run.

Run technique session

Once a month our coach will take you through a 30min session covering run technique fundamentals and give you tips to improve your running form. 6pm start (30mins)

Weekly run club award

Each week we acknowledge a runner who is stands out, the chosen runner will take home the Run Club Trophy as well as a special gift.

Bring your kids for free

We encourage families to move together, you are welcome to bring your kids to all sessions but they will remain your responsibility while at the sessions. Kids under 16 years old are free. 17 years + will require a membership.

Who is Run Club for

Run Club is for runners of all levels from beginners starting out, right through to those looking to set a personal best times at their next event. We have an amazing and inclusive environment for you to enjoy running.

Training days & times

Monday & Wednesday 6.30pm at Market Grove, Lower Hutt. Every so often we will venture out to run on a different course.

Notes

  • Sessions are weather dependant, if we deem it unsafe we will cancel the session for your health and safety. We will do our best to make every session happen.
  • Sessions run all year round (except for a short break over Christmas and New Years which are factored into the monthly fees)
