Wellington based walkers & runners! This is for you!

Prepare for your next event and have an amazing experience while doing it. We cater for beginners starting out, right through to those looking to set a personal best time and run faster.

Our community is inspiring, supportive and motivating. YOU WILL LOVE IT!



We are based in Lower Hutt and have a all-year round programme set to give you an epic experience while you get fitter and faster.

Our programme is designed to have you peak for 6 x events over the year.

  • Wellington round the bays – 6.5,10,21k (21 Feb)
  • Rotorua / Hawkes Bay Marathon – 10,21,42k (8/15 May)
  • Wellington Marathon – 10,21,42k (27 Jun)
  • Change Fitness run – 5,10,21k (29 August)
  • IronMaori Quarter – 10k (6 Nov)
  • IronMaori Half – 21k (4 Dec)


However, you don’t have to do events to join us and build your fitness. We will support you and your fitness goals no matter what they are.

We Also offer 6 x fitness tests over the year so you can measure you improvements.

Training sessions are held Monday & Wednesday 630-730pm based around locations close to central Lower Hutt. 


We have a monthly subscription set up for all members

  • Group training sessions 2 x per week
  • Monday & Wednesday 630pm-730pm
  • Fitness test 6 x per year
  • Based in Lower Hutt (ranging from Central Hutt to Petone)
  • Specific sessions to have you ready for your event
  • We train all year round except the last week of the year
  • Sessions are also weather dependant, if we deem it unsafe we will cancel the session
