Walk & Run Group

Our Walk & Run Group is for all fitness levels. Beginners starting out, right through to those looking to set a personal best time and get faster. Our community is inspiring, supportive and encouraging.

We are based in Lower Hutt and over the years we have had many people from the wider Wellington community start their fitness journey with us, many of our members continue to make progress and some have gone on to improve their health dramatically and achieve epic milestones such as going from walker to runner, running 5km, 10km, 21km non-stop right through to sub 3 hour marathoners. 

Our community vibes is amazing and everyone supports each other 100%. Join us!


We have a monthly subscription set up for all members

  • Group training sessions 2 x per week
  • Monday & Wednesday 630pm-730pm
  • Monday = steady state session
  • Wednesday = interval training
  • Fitness test 1 x per month to measure your improvement
  • Based in Lower Hutt (ranging from Central Hutt to Petone)
  • We train all year round 

COVID-19 UPDATE: we will be resuming our Walk & Run Group from Monday 1st June 2020 now that gathering numbers are up to 100 people. YAY!
